All of our crochet patterns are digital PDF downloads. Because they are instant, downloadable products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once your purchase is complete, your pattern will be delivered directly to the email address provided during checkout.
No Physical Products
All items sold are digital. There is no shipping involved, and no physical products will be sent.
Delivery
After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to download your PDF pattern. Please make sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
Non-Refundable Items
All PDF patterns are non-refundable. By purchasing our patterns, you agree that digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
