- Free patterns: You may use them for your own personal projects and share finished items as gifts.
- Paid patterns: Purchasing a pattern gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it.
- No resale or redistribution: You may not sell, reproduce, repost, or translate any pattern (free or paid) without written permission.
- You may sell finished items made from my patterns only in small, handmade quantities and with credit given to littletoomercy (e.g., “Pattern by littletoomercy”).
- Do not record or distribute video or photo tutorials based on my patterns.
Your Information
If you subscribe to the newsletter or make a purchase, I will collect only the information needed to:
- Deliver digital files,
- Process payments, and
- Send updates about your order or occasional product news if you opt in.

Payment Options
Secure payments are handled through reputable providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal).
Accepted methods may include major credit cards, Apple Pay, or other options as listed at checkout.

- If you pay in another currency, your bank or card issuer determines the exchange rate and any additional fees.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
- Digital patterns (including free downloads and paid files) cannot be returned or refunded once sent.
- Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally buy the same pattern twice, contact me within 7 days for a refund of the duplicate.

Free patterns are a gift to the community. You may share links to them, but please do not copy the text or upload the files elsewhere. Always link directly to the original blog post.
